Boy Trapped...

Several people have asked how Jessica is handling the thought of having three little brothers (as she had threatened to runaway from home if the baby was a boy :). She wrote this cute note at school the day she found out.  Since then, however her feeling on the subject changes daily.  She broke down into tears the other day that there weren't going to be any other girls in the family.  I graciously reminded her that I'm a girl.
"You don't count".  {Good to know.}
"I'm boy trapped" she wailed...

Though as long as Tanner is cooperative, I think she'll adjust just fine....

Sweet, precious, little guy let her dress him up before church on Sunday.  You can't tell in the picture, but he's even wearing tights!

Oh how sad for Jess! Nobody likes to feel boy trapped! But how darling Tanner is. Tights? I'm impressed!

So, even when he's dressed like a girl, Tanner is all boy. So funny! He has a little man face. Love it!

Tanner makes such a pretty little doll all dressed up! What a good brother to submit to Jessie's girl fix. With brothers that sweet, she's going to do just fine in a boy-dominated house! Just tell her how out numbered her uncle Ryan is and she might feel a little better :)

I've been just as bad at reading blogs as I have been at updating my own! So good to catch up on your fun activities (even though we were at several of them- sometimes as adults we don't seem to find enough time to chat while chasing the little ones around). I litterally gasped about you throwing all your clothes in the dryer these days. That's a huge step. I'm proud of ya, Rach. Love you.
