Best Husband of the Year Award goes to....

Phillip Taylor Kimball!!
{Caution: this may cause feelings of jealousy... :)}
Monday I went and got my hair done, only to call home afterward to a Domino's Pizza Delivery Guy answering my phone :) Phil thinks its so funny to do that! I was surprised that he was home. He said to hurry home so we could hang out with the kids. I got home and he handed me a card that said "we're going back in time to December 16, 1999, the day my life changed forever" {the day we met!} He said to hurry and get ready because his mom would be there in 5 mins to watch the kids. As soon as my darling mother-in-law got there we headed out on our special date. We drove up to the University of Utah and bowled at the Student Union, and just like on the day we met... I won! 129 to 107. We then headed off to dinner at Chili's-again from our first date. It was so fun being with just Phil. We reminisced about old times and laughed at where we thought life might take us back then. He said his mom was planning on us going to dinner, so I thought we were headed home. Wrong. He pulled onto 9th East and up the hill to Anniversary Inn! I had a mild panic attack as I hadn't planned on being away that night and had several things to finish for the next day, also, it was the first time we had been away from Tanner over night--what if he needed his mom?! (keep in mind he's been sleeping through the night for months :) Leave it to Phil, he had thought of everything. He left his mom with a very detailed list of the kids schedules, packed me an overnight bag, complete with my hair straightener! and reserved the room we stayed in on our wedding night! Side note-- he had originally had this all planned and booked for December 16th and we'd wake up on my birthday there at the Inn. Due to my surgery next week, he had to adjust his plans a bit. It was so fun to have a night away with my prince charming and remember all the little reasons why I find him so charming.
I am the luckiest girl in the world!

That made me smile. I am glad to say he is my brother. Can you blame him though- your a catch and I could ask for a better sister-in-law.

Rach, that is awesome. When a man can remember things from that long along, he deserves a medal. Its dates like that, that keep the romance alive. Good job, Phil.
