The Monday before the dedication of the Brigham City Temple, we headed up to Brigham to go thru the Open House. We got to the temple and were amazed at how there were no cars in the parking lot... oh yes, we discovered that the last tour was the previous Saturday. They needed a week to get things cleaned and replaced before the dedication. The security guys on duty said we were just fine to walk around the temple grounds, so we took advantage and spent some time soaking in the feeling there and getting pictures. My grandparents lived in Brigham City so we spent lots of time there. It felt like going back home as we pulled in to Brigham...
Taylor had been bitten next to his eye the night before by a mosquito, we found out that he is quite allergic to their bites. The next day his eye was completely swollen shut. Poor guy!
Love the reflection of the Tabernacle in the window.

So grateful for Freedom of Religion!
The dedication was so neat to be a part of. The best part was having Jessica with us. When the Draper and Oquirrh Mountain temples were dedicated it was just a month or two before she turned 8. We were on a spiritual high. Excited for Conference to carry on that feeling!
