I have decided that these big brownies get both of us into trouble. Me because he can just about get away with anything when he shoots me that look, and him because he's 2 going on 3! He's currently going through an artistic period, which includes: using expo markers on our white fence in the backyard, following that up with ballpoint pen on the fence, pencil on every wall in the basement, and crayon on Jessica's aqua blue walls. He threw one of our steak knives over the fence and thankfully, our neighbor brought it back, as it matches our set... He is obsessed with water. Whether its getting wet in the drinking fountain outside, spraying down the house with the spray bottle, or playing in the sink with the sprayer, he loves anything to do with water. But the one that takes the cake is his love to use the bathroom outside... and its not just for #1! Unfortunately, it hasn't only happened in our yard. Uncle Andrew was walking around his backyard and came across something that obviously wasn't from their dog... its regrettable he discovered this by stepping in it with his bare feet!
After grilling his sons to who would have done this kind of thing, both denied and he couldn't imagine where it came from. As we were discussing Tanner's latest obsession at a family get together, Andrew and Marie exchanged knowing glances and started laughing. Once they filled us in on what had happened, Phil couldn't stop laughing and was reduced to tears, as I sat there mortified. Tanner has since made retribution with Uncle Andrew with some body wash and chocolates. I just keep reminding myself... "And this too shall pass..."

haha, I was laughing so hard at this! Mostly because I have a certain little 2-year-old with almost the exact same big, brown eyes - I think they got them from their Grandma Sorenson! That is so funny about the poo in the yard, poor uncle Andrew!!! Good thing these kids are so cute.. and that we can laugh about these things after they happen!
hahaha!!!! You have told me the poop story before and it's still funny reading about it again! He's gonna love that story when he gets older ;)
