This Is the Place...

Last weekend we had a Heber C. Kimball family reunion at 'This is the Place Heritage Park'. That meant that as decendants of Heber C. we got free admission to the park. So it does pay to marry into the Kimball family :)
We even got two Stotts in with us!
Posing with Heber C. himself (far top left). Jessica calls him her "old, old" papa, instead of her great, great, great, great grandpa.
Taylor and Kaden on the "big" train.
Lauren, Kamryn, Jessica & Avary. We vouched for Lisa that she was a Kimball even-though she married into the Grimm family :)
We had wristbands where we could do up to three things: including various crafts, pony rides, and riding the "little" train. Here are the kids coloring spinning tops.
Posing in front of the Heber C. Kimball Home 08/08The Heber C. Kimball Home in 06/05. Another Kimball family activity where we got in for no cost to us. Pretty frugal aren't we?...okay we're cheap!
Tanner and I waiting for the "little" train

Phil and crew on the "little" train. It was the highlight of the day. The picture below doesn't do it justice, but the view is spectacular as you can see the entire Salt Lake Valley on the ride around the pond!

We had such a fun day. We thought we'd be there maybe a couple of hours, but before we knew it we'd been there over 5 hours and they were closing up the park. For more than free admission, I'm so very grateful I married into the Kimball Family!!

Rach, I can't believe how much your sister's kids look like yours. They could be siblings. They are so cute. We need to get together. We sure miss you guys!

I love how those kids have their own age-cousins to play with on outings! It looks like you're walking around with 2 sets of twins! I'm sure it makes get-togethers so much fun for them to have someone to play with like that! Great pics!!!
