We went to Heber, to my sis-in-law's parents' home (The Howards) to do a little horse-back riding while the Ryan & Sara Sorenson family were in town. Here all the kids are listening intently to pre-riding instructions...
(l to r- Taylor, Kaden, Olivia, Savanna, Jessica, Kamryn)
I think Tanner lost interest when he realized he was too little to ride...
We went youngest to oldest and each of them got a turn, they then realized that it might be awhile til their next turn so they doubled, then tripled up...
I have some darling footage of all six of them on the two horses, but its not loading.... I'll keep trying :) update: I figured it out... checkout 'Two Horses... Six Kids... Too Much Fun!!"
Last year in preschool, Jessica said that she wanted to be a "cowgirl" when she grew up. She reminded me that she still wanted to be one once she put on her cowgirl hat that morning... Thank you Liana, & Trevor for making her dreams come true...
Six little monkeys jumping on the... tramp?
What a fun day we had. It was pure bliss watching the kids having such a wonderful time and enjoying the break from reality. I could get use to the peacefulness that enveloped us there in Heber. The kids loved the horse-back riding and then had so much fun on the trampoline. Not to worry Becky- once "Aunt" Rachael saw all six of them on there at one time (notice who was supervising :) ) I had them jump in shifts. The oldest and the youngest. Kill joy-- yes I am.
